My sister loves the Japanese culture. She loves it so much that the theme for her quinceanera party was Japan. One day while I was on Pinterest looking for low carb menus I discovered the LOW CARB BENTO BOX.
The low carb Bento box makes dieting FUN! This is how it works you will divide the plate into four sections (to make this easier I bought a bowl with divisions) most of the plate should be filled with salad or vegetables, then meat, also you can put some ham rolls with cream cheese or cheese, and finally you get to pick a fruit as dessert (when choosing a fruit make sure that it doesn't have too many carbs like the strawberry, kiwi, or the green grapes). So here is a picture of my first low carb Bento Box. It has a cheese and ham salad, ham rolls (I used a thin smoked ham, cheese, and cream cheese), fish, and a strawberry; it was delicious.
