2013 HEALTHY LIVING

Hi! All my life I had been skinny and weighted no more than 120 pounds, but last year I started my practicum and it was so stressful for me that I ate everything on my way. In less than an hour I found myself eating 2 to 3 snickers or m&ms. I know they are soooooo delicious but that is what got me to my 150 pounds! That is why this New Year I have decided to start eating healthier and losing weight. My idea is to follow a low carb diet and doing exercise every day except weekends.

First I will start explaining the low carb diet. A few years back my mother did this diet and she lost 60 pounds! Now I am wearing her cloth because mine doesn't fit no more! Back to the diet, the way I do the low carb diet is simple I start eating no carbs for two weeks and then after that I eat 40 carbs per day plus exercise.

My plan for exercise is doing for one week slow walking for 30 minutes until I finally start running the 30 minutes. I found this really good plan which I will follow:

Also I will upload each day a YouTube exercise I choose to do whether it is zumba or any aerobics, it will depend on my mood that day.

So that is my plan to get fit this year. I really hope I can get to my 110 pounds!
